1. The above parts of the aluminum alloy profile hydraulic lifting platform are filled with lubricating grease to increase the service life of the bearings.
2. Inspect the roller shaft, connecting shaft, and rolling bearings; Hydraulic cylinder sleeve and rolling bearings; The lubrication and damage status of the telescopic arm hinge and rolling bearings.
3. Check the hydraulic oil and oil volume of the aluminum alloy profile elevator. When the lifting platform is raised to a large position, the hydraulic oil level should be 40-50mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank. If the hydraulic oil color becomes dark, the oil becomes sticky, or there are hard objects such as gravel in the oil, the hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly.
4. Remove and disassemble the lowering valve, blow the valve core clean with air compression, and then install it directly onto the valve.
5. Check the connection position between the hydraulic and pipeline of the aluminum alloy profile hydraulic lifting platform. If the pipeline is damaged, it should be replaced immediately; When there is detachment at the connection position, tighten the three-way joint.
Foshan elevator manufacturer stated that when using elevators, it is inevitable to encounter some unexpected situations, such as sudden increase in noise from hydraulic lifting platforms. What are the four main reasons for increased elevator noise?
1. The damage and deformation of the rollers on the upper and lower tables of the hydraulic lifting platform adjustment organization are not optimistic or the surface smoothness is poor, resulting in loud noise or shaking of the hydraulic lifting platform after the rollers move in the guide groove. The main factors showing this fault include: poor precision of roller machining and poor surface smoothness; The roller has not undergone heat treatment process, resulting in poor strength; The surface of the guide groove is not smooth and the lubrication degree is poor, which exacerbates the damage to the roller. If such a situation occurs, the roller should be replaced with one that meets the requirements. If the surface of the guide groove is not smooth, the appearance of the guide groove should also be improved.
2. Due to the long-term lack of lubricating grease during operation, the roller bearings of the hydraulic lifting platform are damaged, resulting in vibration or significant noise during the movement of the rollers. The solution is very simple, just replace the roller bearings.
3. The couplings or shafts connected to each bracket or support rod of the hydraulic lifting platform increase noise during adjustment due to a long-term lack of lubricating grease. In this case, lubricating grease can be filled. If adding lubricating grease still does not work, it is necessary to check the damage situation of each coupling or shaft. If the damage is not optimistic, it is required to replace the coupling or shaft.
4. Foshan elevator manufacturer stated that when the mobile hydraulic lifting platform with relatively high adjustment height of the elevator contains sliding rails, if the driving wheel or side wheel rolling bearings are damaged, sharp noise will also occur during the adjustment process when the driving wheel conflicts with the sliding rail. In such a situation, it is possible to replace the severely damaged driving wheel rolling bearings.
