The manufacturer of the elevator stated that how to adjust the speed of the hydraulic elevator, the speed control circuit should be a control circuit that controls the movement speed and speed conversion of the control components in the hydraulic system of the hydraulic elevator. There are three key control methods: valve control, pump control, and actuator operation. Common rate control circuits include variable speed control circuit, rapid control circuit, and rate switching control circuit.
The principle of the variable speed control circuit is that the hydraulic system often needs to adjust the movement speed of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor to meet the requirements of the main engine's working cycle. The speed of the hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor depends on the displacement and the total input flow rate. It can be inferred that reducing cylinder and motor speed can be achieved by changing the total injection flow rate, as well as by changing the exhaust volume.
The elevator manufacturer stated that for hydraulic cylinders in hydraulic elevators, it is unlikely to change the speed by changing their reasonable total effective area A (equivalent to exhaust volume), and the speed can generally be changed by changing the total flow rate. For independent variable motors, variable speed can change both the total flow rate and the motor displacement.
1、 There are three main ways to control the speed control circuit:
1. Capacity variable speed control circuit: adjusts the displacement of the variable piston pump or independent variable motor to change speed;
2. Throttling valve variable speed control circuit: The oil provided by the variable pump is adjusted by a flow valve to adjust the flow rate into or out of the actuator platform to achieve variable speed;
3. The variable speed control circuit of the capacity throttle valve uses the oil provided by the variable piston pump of the flow restrictor to adjust the flow rate into the actuator platform through the flow valve, so that the flow rate of the independent variable pump is consistent with the regulated flow rate of the regulating valve to achieve variable speed. In addition, multiple variable pumps can be selected and connected in parallel. Depending on different rates, one or more pumps must be operated to complete the classification of oil levels and speed changes.
2、 The causes and solutions of noise generated by electric elevators
1. The precision of the roller of the guide rail electric elevator is poor, the surface lubrication is not enough, and the surface of the guide groove is not smooth, which makes the roller make noise when moving in the guide groove.
Solution: Replace the roller that meets the requirements. If the surface of the guide groove is not smooth, the appearance of the guide groove should also be repaired.
2. Some customers use guide rail electric elevators, but the maintenance work is not done meticulously and lubricating grease is not added for a long time, so the rollers will fluctuate and emit significant noise when moving.
Solution: Replace the roller bearings.
3. The coupling of the straight arm or branch joint of the guide rail electric elevator lacks lubricating grease, resulting in significant noise during adjustment.
Solution: Fill with grease. If the grease still does not work, check the damage of each coupling or shaft. If the damage is not optimistic, replace the coupling or shaft
Elevator manufacturers say that the vast majority of noise sources are due to insufficient lubrication, which is why there is a creaking sound. Adding lubricating grease is a crucial step in the maintenance and upkeep of guide rail electric elevators. It is recommended to check every detail as much as possible after using the electric elevator, and regular daily maintenance work should not be ignored.
