On the evening of December 31, the “Creating Harmony, Soaring on the Pearl River” — 2008 New Year’s Gala was held at the Pearl River Company. All company leaders and more than 400 employees attended the gala. The gala was uniquely designed and featured a diverse array of performances, including dance, comic dialogues, skits, and musical instrument performances, emphasizing variety and richness to create an outstanding stage effect and an immersive atmosphere. Among the highlights was the “Elegance of the Times” fashion show, prepared jointly by the Business Department and the Procurement Department. The models showcased outfits ranging from graceful and delicate to flowing and ethereal, from regally elegant to softly enchanting, offering their colleagues an awe-inspiring visual feast that truly captivated everyone.
