Product Description
1. The mechanical structure is compact, lightweight, and small yet highly efficient.
2. Good heat exchange performance and rapid heat dissipation;
3. Installation Method: The installation location is unrestricted. Installation is simple, the connection type is flexible, performance is superior, and maintenance and inspection are easy.
4. Large transmission ratio, high torque, strong overload capacity, and impact resistance;
5. Smooth operation, low noise, and long-lasting durability;
6. Highly adaptable and highly reliable and safe;
7. Can withstand relatively large radial loads;
8. The housing is made of high-quality aluminum alloy (30-72) and cast iron (86-150).
9. The worm gear is made of 20CrMnTi material, with overall carburizing and quenching followed by precision grinding of the tooth surfaces.
10. The worm wheel is made of wear-resistant cast copper, and the wheel hub is made of ductile iron.
11. Bearings: We primarily use the domestically renowned brand Renben C&U bearings, with some components sourced from NSK bearings imported from Japan.
12. Oil seals: The input end uses SKF oil seals, and the output end uses NAK oil seals from Taiwan.
